After being denied a well-earned commission that could have erased her student loans, Barbara had a revelation: If I’m doing the work, why am I not keeping the reward? Her favorite wealth-building strategy? Real estate. Barbara and her husband now own over 600 doors — all acquired with smart investing and savvy tax planning. “Anyone can do it,” she says. “If I came from nothing and built this, so can you.”
